The Cleburne Railroaders are seeking a Multimedia Intern for this upcoming season to promote our brand mission, products, and services through our various digital media platforms. You will be working alongside a team’s digital marketing team to create authentic content across all of their platforms. This position will entail a high amount of creativity and an innovative mindset and while developing processes and content to improve their brand and general awareness around their community. A part of this opportunity is connected to the league office as interns will be working closely with the league office to learn more about the American Association as a whole and share content across the league.
Digital Asset Management
Uploading and organizing content in our digital asset management based on guidelines
Content
Clip 2-3 best highlights per game and add to DAM based on guidelines
B-Roll Content
Capture at least 2-3 B-Roll clips for each game, event, and big campaign or promotion then upload to DAM
Main point of contact for league content and campaigns
Communicate with the league as needed on content and campaigns that the league is pushing forward
Game-Day Content
As needed by your team, update your team’s social feeds on game day

The Railroaders are looking for an individual that is seeking to learn the processes of corporate sales and marketing in baseball. This individual would prioritize assisting the sales staff this spring, summer, and fall in partnerships with local and national organizations. Railroaders staff will mentor and guide the intern in hopes of promotion to a full time position.

The Railroaders are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our front office. The ideal candidate has strong work ethic, is a self-starter, and is driven by meeting deadlines. We are looking for someone who is a team-player, works well with other employees, and can handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. If you have a competitive nature, and a willingness to learn new things, this could be the job for you! Individuals will be expected to be able to complete work in different departments and areas, due to the size of the organization.

Tasks and Roles:
- Assist the Ticketing Department with ticket and sponsorship sales (decks, contracts)
- Learn the best practices needed to successfully operate social media accounts with international reach
- Assist the Graphics Department in creating designs for merchandise, websites, and social media
- Learn different strategies of outreach and help strengthen relationships with members of the community
- Receive hands-on experience in the broadcast production of live sporting events and other forms of media
- Assist the Marketing Department in creating compelling and engaging content on multiple digital platforms
- Learn effective merchandising practices needed to sell products all over the world
- Gain an understanding of compelling website/newsletter communication strategies
- Help with off season preparation

The Depot at Cleburne Station is looking for custodial help for the Cleburne Railroaders baseball season! We need people for in-game and after-game cleanup. Duties would include trash pickup, mopping, sweeping, emptying trash cans, cleaning windows, and other duties as assigned.
