Frequently Asked Questions

What is your Bag Policy?

We want your entrance to The Depot to be as smooth as possible. We’ve instituted a clear bag policy for this season, though small clutch purses are allowed. While we don't have a size limitation, your bag is subject to inspection. Coolers and backpacks are not allowed.

Do You Have A Kids play area?

Yes, it's called the Third Base Bar. Kidding. Yes, we have the Sport Court located behind the right field wall protected by the extended netting.

When I buy a ticket can I sit anywhere I want?

This depends on your interpretation of ‘personal space,’ though we generally wouldn’t recommend sitting in someone else’s lap. Each ticket has a specific section, row and seat number on it. This is where you will sit. If you have any issues on finding your seat we have friendly ushers throughout the ballpark to help you out. If you purchase berm tickets you can sit anywhere on the left and right field berms.

Can I bring a Lawn Chair to Sit on the Berm?

We don't allow any lawn chairs, recliners, stools, hammocks, couches, bean bag chairs, logs around a campfire, or those little director chairs from a movie set. You may, however, bring a blanket into The Depot for the left and right field berm areas.

Can I bring in an umbrella?

Until we get a roof on The Depot, yes, you’re allowed to bring in your small umbrellas.

Can I bring in Outside Food and Beverages?

Unfortunately, no outside food or beverages are allowed at The Depot. Baby formula is allowed.

My Child Is 3 Years Old. Do they need a ticket?

No. If your child is 3 years old or under, they are allowed to enter the ballpark free of charge and do not require a ticket.

Do you have a Lost and Found?

Have no fear, our cleaning crew does a clean sweep of the ballpark each night following the game.  Anything that is left behind is handed off to our front office.  Please contact us at 817-945-8705.

Do you have aTMs?

Yes. ATM's are available on the third base side of the concourse against the back wall of the stadium.
