Daryn Eudaly

As the CEO and Co-Founder of New Era Companies, Eudaly is responsible for running all facets of the vertically integrated commercial real estate company. He has a proven senior executive track record of over 20 years of experience building teams and implementing infrastructure for multiple starts ups, rollups, healthcare, real estate, capital and strategic venture companies. Eudaly has served as an executive for companies in the following sectors: healthcare companies; real estate development, management and brokerage companies; a medical product import and distribution company; equity and debt funds and a NASD licensed broker-dealer. He has been involved in over $1 billion in transactional volumes across the real estate and healthcare sectors with the latest disposition being a portfolio of medical properties that sold for over $100 million. Eudaly has also served on various for and non-profit board of directors and advisory boards over his career and participates in various conferences and forums as a healthcare industry speaker or panel member.

John Junker

Junker has served as President and Co-Owner of the Cleburne Railroaders since the fall of 2018, assuming the role of General Manager prior to the 2021 season.

He was selected as the Cleburne Times-Review Man of the Year in November of 2020 for his work in establishing and running the Railroaders Home Plate Project, which helped to feed local Johnson County families in need during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to his role with the Railroaders, Junker is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Southern Golf Properties. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance and a strong emphasis in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Accounting and Marketing.

Neil Leibman

Leibman, an original member of the ownership group that purchased the Texas Rangers in August 2010, was appointed Chief Operating Officer in April 2018. Leibman, who serves on the team’s Board of Directors and as Chairman of both the Texas Rangers Ownership Committee and Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation, oversees all of the club’s revenue and business operations areas.

A long-time owner of several Minor League Baseball teams, Leibman played a major role in the Rangers transfer and purchase of the Down East Wood Ducks of the Carolina League in August 2016 and the franchise’s purchase of the South Atlantic League’s Hickory Crawdads in October 2017. He serves as CEO of Kinston Baseball LLC and President of Hickory Baseball Inc. Leibman also served as the CEO of Boise Baseball LLC, a Class-A Minor League Chicago Cubs affiliate, and Co-Managing Partner of Mobile Bay Bears Baseball LLC, a Double-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Alan Miller

Renowned for his pioneering marketing achievements in the music, sport and entertainment industries, Miller has garnered a reputation as a dynamic visionary and tastemaker in this ever-changing business. Miller has more than 20 years of experience in entertainment and cultural marketing. Over that time he founded COLLiDE Agency, Culture Collide festival, Travel with Purpose media network and co-founded influential music and culture magazine FILTER. In 2017 Miller founded COLLiDE Sport with Seattle Seahawks punter Jon Ryan. COLLiDE Sport currently owns multiple baseball teams in the Pacific Northwest, including the Portland Pickles and Portland Gherkins. The Pickles moved into the West Coast League after their 2nd season and are currently a top-15 team in attendance and talent in North America. In 2019, Miller was named Executive of the Year in the West Coast League.

Jon Ryan

Ryan is currently a Canadian professional American football punter who has previously played for the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). Ryan helped the Seahawks win the Vince Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl XLVIII over the Denver Broncos. Ryan began his professional career with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL) after being selected in the Canadian College Draft. He currently plays for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL.
