FREE FOSSIL FRAGMENTS at the First-Ever Dino Night at The Depot!

You think you’ve seen it all when it comes to minor league baseball promotions? Think again.

Sunday, August 1 will be a truly one-of-a-kind night at The Depot, as the Railroaders partner with Southwestern Adventist University for Dino Night! All kids through the gates on Sunday will receive a FREE bag containing dinosaur fossil fragments from the SWAU annual dig at the Hanson Ranch and Research Center in Wyoming.

BUY TICKETS!

Dr. Jared Wood has scoured the canyons of eastern Wyoming for authentic fossils from cretaceous soils, including bone fragments from dinosaurs like the edmontosaurus and the legendary triceratops. Remember how as a kid you loved dinosaurs? Maybe you even thought you were a dinosaur for a little bit? Hey, we’re not here to judge. On Dino Night we bring the past to life with all kinds of fun activities throughout the ballpark. If you’ve got a kiddo who loves dinosaurs or even just cool rocks, this is the night for you!

Don’t miss your chance to take home an actual dinosaur fossil!

Sunday is also Keene Night at the ballpark, celebrating our friends from Southwestern Adventist University and the Keene community. Join us for a big series finale against our Texas rivals the Houston Apollos; first pitch is scheduled for 6:00 PM but gates open at 5:00 PM so get to The Depot early!
